Heart School+ helps you transform flickers of inspiration and patchy progress into consistent focus and aligned action towards your goals, so you can flow, thrive, and flourish through your creations. This intimate and intensive container provides:

We will gather every 2 weeks with a different focus each session, also flexible to what arises within the group dynamic. Times to be confirmed based on interested participants' availability.

Each of the stages and sessions will centre on a different aspect fundamental to flow: Reflecting & Reconditioning, Grounding & Creating Space, Permission to Create, Clarification and Refinement, Removing Blocks, Visibility and Sharing, Visioning and Intuition, Completing and Presenting, and & Next Steps
